Enter the operas
Each work should have its own rhythm, visual language and dramaturgy. Not a dry summary, but a first step into a distinct theatrical world.
About the author
I am from Argentina, have lived in Germany since 2013, and call Nuremberg home. Wagner Welten is my attempt to translate a deep fascination into a digital world.

01 / Personal
It is not only the music that fascinates me. It is the whole system around it: the operas, their figures and ideas, the theatres, the places, the journeys, the history of a performance and that particular moment before an orchestra begins.
Many Wagner websites are valuable archives, but they often feel like reference works. I wanted to build a place that is not only read, but entered. A place that creates curiosity and then remains practical: Which opera have I not seen? Where is it playing? Which Wagner places lie along my journey?
02 / Perspective
Each work should have its own rhythm, visual language and dramaturgy. Not a dry summary, but a first step into a distinct theatrical world.
Homes, theatres, museums, monuments and landscapes tell Wagner's story beyond the Festspielhaus. Separate places can become a personal journey.
The works remain alive on contemporary stages. Wagner Welten should show where they are being performed and where a rarely seen opera may suddenly appear within reach.
03 / Invitation
This site is for people meeting Wagner for the first time and for those who have listened for years. You can enter an opera, prepare a journey, or simply carry one thought away and return later.
