Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When pages are accessed, the host processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser type) to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Standard contractual clauses are in place for transfers to the USA.

Cookies & consent

Technically necessary functions are always active. Optional services that set cookies or connect to third parties are only loaded after your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated measurement of site usage. The service works without cookies and without recognising individuals; no individual user profiles are created. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Microsoft Clarity

Only with your consent (“Statistics”) do we load Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA). Clarity sets cookies and analyses usage (e.g. clicks, scrolling, heatmaps) to improve the site. Data may be transferred to Microsoft, including to the USA. More in the Microsoft privacy statement.

Google Maps

On the places pages, an interactive Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.) can be loaded. The map is only loaded after your consent (“External maps”) or by actively clicking. Loading it connects to Google; your IP address and usage data, among others, are transmitted to Google, including to the USA. More in the Google privacy policy.

Performance data (Supabase)

The public performance calendar is loaded from a Supabase database. It stores only editorial event data (work, date, venue, official source) – no personal data of visitors.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact details above.
